Olin-Fox Farms CSA Membership Agreement

Mother Nature makes the final decision as to when our produce is ready for consumption. By signing up for our CSA, you accept that there may be circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or crop failure. Substitutions may be necessary.  It is your responsibility to pick up your produce on the day and time you selected or make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you.  If your produce is not picked up it may be distributed or given to a charity as the distribution sites are not required to hold your produce.  This also ensures freshness.
